PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our experienced team have created and managed projects on-Island to develop business plans, objectives, designs, and managed the implementation and launch of new products and services tailored to the Pacific region.

Our specialists specifically worked with both the National Bank of Samoa and the Territorial Bank of American Samoa to develop and launch financial inclusion projects and financial literacy projects to local communities.

These were key projects to meet objectives by Foreign Aid initiatives as well as local Ministry of Finance to move from a cash-based economy to a digital economy, and also to increase financial literacy throughout the country.

Our consultants have much experience managing content development campaigns throughout the Pacific using local talent, local models, local videographers and local designers.

Projects have been funded by local businesses, as well as Foriegn Aid, IMF, ADB and World Bank initiatives.

EXPORT STRATEGY

Our team has developed export strategies for some of the Pacific's leading export companies, including Sleepwell International in Samoa. For this unique project, funded by foreign aid, the team provided support and advice to the Senior Management Team and Board, by developing and implementing an export strategy to build the company brand and dramatically increase sales into international markets. Developed a formal Partner program to build an international ecosystem of distributors, resellers and partners in the Pacific region, including Tonga, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, American Samoa, Fiji, Tuvalu and Tokelau.

Management of media relations campaigns in the Pacific with strong relationships with journalists based on-Island.

Also a specialist in media training for spokespersons on key messaging, interview techniques and speaking skills.
